Some states refuse their residents to participate in any online classes from schools in other states. Most states have a process to waive those requirements for remote online classes from outside their states, but a few do not. Restrictions from the state of Alabama mean that we do not accept students residing in Alabama.

This is the case for all or most online classes, but many online schools are unaware of these laws.
