Working Instructors

Matt has accumulated 17 years of experience in television and feature animation. A diploma in Animation and Graphics Technology from NBCC allows Matt to utilize a 2d workflow when approaching 3d. Matt's film credits as an animator include; The Smurfs, Hotel Transylvania, Smurfs2, Escape From Planet Earth, Hotel Transylvania 2, The Huntsman, Meg, Storks, and The Emoji Movie. His credits as a Supervising Animator include: The Prophet directed by Roger Allers, Seth Rogan's R rated feature Sausage Party, The Lego Movie 2 with Animal Logic, Smurfs: The Lost Village, Hotel Transylvania 3 and Connected (2020) with Sony Imageworks and lastly Space Jam 2 (2021) with ILM. Currently Matt is working as Creative Director of Animation for Wildbrain Studios in Vancouver, BC.
