Alfred, Kent

Kent is a lead animator at Reel FX Animation Studios, with over 7 years of experience on many projects ranging from commercials to feature films. His projects include Free Birds, Looney Tunes, Kung Fu Panda Secrets of the Furious 5, Open Season 2 & 3, Chuck E Cheese, and many more. He is currently leading on Reel FX's next feature film, Book of Life.

Bannon, Terence

Terence has 17 years experience in the animation industry. Originally from South Africa, he studied classical 2D animation in Dublin, did an internship at Disney Feature Animation Paris, and then moved to London to start working as a 2D commercial animator at Tandem Films, and then Uli Meyer studios. He taught himself Maya, as 2D work started drying up and moved into 3D animation, first on commercials, then TV series and then games. He moved into feature films, honing his character work and creature animation at a senior level for the past 10 years in film, working at Dneg, Framestore and now MPC. He is currently am a Lead Animator on Disney's Jungle Book for MPC.

Barrett, Justin S

Justin spent seven years as a full-time animator and animation supervisor, working on projects such as Everyone's Hero, TMNT, The Very First Noel, BOZ, and VeggieTales. In 2008 he switched to a TD role, where he spent four years developing tools and providing tech support for the Reel FX animation team, contributing to projects such as Open Season 2 and 3, the Looney Tunes shorts, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and the Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem ride film. In mid-2012 he left Reel FX to pursue other creative projects as a freelancer, and has been teaching Intro to Maya since the spring of 2013. He's the author of the tweenMachine tool for Maya, and the Animate a Face video tutorial series.

Bomba, Sylwia

Sylwia studied "2D/3D Animation" at Digital Academy in Florence. She worked as artwork designer in fashion department for Disney and Pixar, and has done freelance illustration for clients.  Currently she is working  in Art Departament with Neko Producitons as Texture Supervisor on Marvel's game. Also, she gives her art lectures at CD Projekt RED studio in Warsaw.

Bonilla, Tony

Tony is an animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios. He has been animating professionally for over ten years, and has been teaching animation courses for over three years. Some of his credits include 'Zootopia', 'Big Hero 6', 'Rio 2', 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs', the Jimmy Neutron television series,  and multiple game titles. He is currently working on Disney's next animated feature, 'Moana'.

Bover, Manuel

Manuel is originally from Barcelona, Spain. After animating on the award-winning short film Alma, he came to the U.S. seven years ago to pursue his dream of working as an animator at the best studios. He has worked at Rhythm & Hues, Animal Logic, and Sony Imageworks on movies such as Hotel Transylvania, Arthur Christmas, Smurfs, Legend of the Guardians, Alvin, Night at the Museum, and Yogi Bear. Lately he's been working on animating, visual effects, and supervising on commercials, TV series, and feature films at studios like MPC and the Third Floor alongside teaching. Some of his recent credits include Insurgent and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

Bradbury, Shad

Shad is currently an animator at Pixar.  His love for animation started one day on the off chance that a little well known show popped onto his television set.  That show was Dragon Ball Z.  From there on in, he was hooked.  He started working in 2d animation, then went into video games, VFX, and then finally feature animation.  Some of the studios he’s worked for include Rhythm and Hues, Tippet, and Sony.  His film credits include a bunch of…unsavory films such as Night at the Museum 2, Alvin and the Chipmunks 2, Aliens in the Attic, Marmaduke, Cats and Dogs 2, and Yogi Bear.  Some of the more palatable films include Curious George, Arthurs Christmas, Hotel Transylvania, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Inside Out, Good Dinosaur, and Finding Dory.  Beside his professional career he also educated himself for about 10 years at three different schools and enjoys passing on what knowledge he’s gained to others.

Burkard, Ian Michael

Ian Burkard is an experienced modeler, currently leading character development sculpts and technical modeling at Blue Sky Studios. He has been working on production characters and environments for over twelve years.

Chen, Juan Pablo

Juan Pablo Chen has been a Lead Environment Modeler at Dreamworks Animation for more than eight years. Before that, he worked as a Modeler at Blue Sky Studios and other studios.

Cobabe, Adam

Adam is a character artist with over ten years of experience in the animation, visual effects and game industries. Adam has worked at Avalanche Software, Weta Digital, and is currently at Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Dabholkar, Rahul

Rahul Dabholkar is originally from Mumbai, India and fluently speaks English, Hindi and Marathi. He started his career in 1996 in 2D animation and worked as a 2D lead Animator for 4 years. In the year 2000 Rahul decided to make a switch to the 3D world. Since then he has worked at some of the biggest studios like Walt Disney Animation, Framestore, ILM, DreamWorks and Sony Pictures Imageworks. He held Senior to Lead Animator positions on Blockbuster movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Alice in wonderland, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 1 & 2, Wreck it Ralph, The Tale of Despereaux, Tangled Ever After Short film, Prep and Landing short film, Arthur Christmas, Smurfs and Green Lantern. He was Supervising Animator at DreamWorks –working between Glendale and India location on Penguins of Madgascar movie. His extremely versatile and unique style of animation is a result of over 18 years of experience in both VFX and full CG movies.

Dastrup, Hans

Hans is currently a Supervising Animator at DreamWorks Animation where he animated on the Kung Fu Panda movies, The Croods, and Boss Baby. He started his career in 2003 at Blue Sky Studios, working on several films including Horton Hears a Who, Ice Age 2 and 3, and Robots. Hans is a versatile animator - capable of subtle acting, physical shots, and comedic performances.

Delhougne, Jean-Luc

Originally from Belgium, Jean-Luc now lives in Montreal where he's the Animation Supervisor for Blue Spirit Canada, a studio specializing in TV shows and animated feature films.
He started his career as a 3d generalist on several commercials then decided to specialize in character animation. 
Since then, he has been lucky enough to animate with/supervise talented people from all over the world on a wide range of international projects: feature films, short films, TV shows, documentaries and commercials.
His latest credits include the Oscar winning short film "Mr Hublot" and the multi-award winning TV show "The Mysterious Cities of Gold".
Jean-Luc has a special relationship with AnimSchool as he could take part in its very first beta class, he loved it and did not hesitate a second when he was asked to stick around and share his passion and knowledge with the students!


Dias, Christopher Bernard

Chris has over 15 years of Animation experience and a graduate from Sheridan's 2006-
07 Digital Character Animation course, Canada. At Sheridan, He won the Dreamworks
Animation SKG Scholarship for best student character animation for his student project
that year. He later ended up working at DreamWorks-Technicolor, India as a Character
Animator on Mr.Peabody and Sherman and The Annie award winning TV
series, Dragon:Riders of Berk a spin-off of the Block Buster hit How to train your
Dragon. He has also worked at WETA Digital, New Zealand, as
a Character Animator on Alvin and the Chipmunks:The Road Chip, Disney's Steven
Spielberg directed 'Big Friendly Giant' and Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles 2 at ILM
Singapore. He is currently works as a Senior Animator at Axis Animation, Glasgow on
their upcoming projects.
His other credits include the Annie award nominated Halloween special 'Scared
Shrekless' and Christmas Special 'Merry Madagascar' with Madagascar
Characters, Madly Madagascar, Madagascar 3: Europe's most
wanted at DreamWorks-India, The Incredible Hulk and The Love Guru at SohoVFX,
Canada. Chris is a well rounded Animator, with experience in all formats of animation from
TV series to High bugdet Feature films, including VFX films. His passion for films and
Animation is contagious and He is only eager to share it.

Ellison, Charles

Currently creating art for DreamWorks Animation as a Modeling Supervisor, Charles has enjoyed a rich career in the Feature Animation world. Having worked on franchises such as the “How To Train Your Dragon” and “Kung Fu Panda” series amongst others, Charles has been fortunate to share his creative spirit and collaborate with talent from all over the world.

Fecih, Samy

Samy grew up in Paris passionate of cinema, where he worked for 3 years selling tickets and cleaning screening rooms before getting his first job in the industry, since then he worked in 5 different countries in VFX, Commercials, Tv Series and Feature Films for the studios Teamto, Attitude Studio, Framestore, Double Negative, The Mill, Kandor Graphics and Dreamworks Animation, on the projects Zoe Kezako season 2, 9, Narnia 2: Prince Caspian, The Tales of Despereaux, Primeval season 3, Where the Wild Things Are, Avatar, Ironman 2, Sorcerer's Apprentice, the 2 last Harry Potter movies, then he was lead animator on Justin and the Knights of Valor, and lead character for the octopi on the movie The Penguins of Madagascar. After this, he took 1 year off traveling through the Americas from Alaska to Ushuaia, and now he's back in Paris, where he works at Mikros Image on the Dreamworks movie "Captain Underpants".
Samy has been teaching and lecturing now for 6 years in many schools including Filmakademie, The Animation Workshop and Les Gobelins. He also is the founder of the event "Bring Your Own Animation" in London.
Samy is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.


Gallagher, Dave

AnimSchool was founded in 2010 by David Gallagher, animator, rigger and former Character Development Supervisor at Blue Sky Studios. With over 18 years of industry experience, David animated on three Ice Age movies, Horton Hears a Who, Robots, and Rio. He rigged the face of the beloved Ice Age character, Scrat. He oversaw the quailty of character rigs for each film, and for the last two films, has overseen the performance quality of all character models.

Gao, Jie

Jie Gao has been at UBISOFT as a concept artist for two years. Before that, he worked as a Lead Artist at Netease for more than eight years. He's good at both triditional art like oil painting and digital art like concept art, illustration and 3D modeling.

Hindman, Brien

Brien is currently an environmental modeling supervisor at Disney Animation.  Previously, he was a senior modeler at Blue Sky Studios as well as the environmental modeling lead for Ice Age 3.

Films Brien has worked on include:

Moana, Big Hero 6, Frozen, Wreck It Ralph, Epic, Ice Age: Continental Drift, Rio, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Horton Hears a Who!, Ice Age: The Meltdown, and Robots.

Huth, Bobby

I graduated from Ringling School of Art in 2007.  Went to Bluesky Studios to work on Horton Hears A Who as a Technical Assistant to the animation team.  Then had my first animation job on Open Season 2 working remotely for ReelFX.  Came back to Bluesky as an Animator on IA3 and RIO, as well as a little pre-production on IA4.  In July of last year I headed out to the west coast to work on Disney's Wreck-It Ralph as well as the short Paperman.  Currently I am beginning work on their next film Frozen set to release in November 2013.  

Jedor, Cyril

Cyril has been working in the industry since 2009, he started his carrier as a 3D layout artist at Pinka Studio in France, working on multiple tv series for Nickelodeon, France TV etc.
Then he got hired by MOONDOG Animation and serves as Concept Artist until today. 
His role in the company is diverse. For the most part, art related - concept art, matte painting, character design - but his capacity as 3D generalist makes him a valuable asset in many aspects of film production.

Kakac, Tyler

Tyler currently works at Blue Sky Animation Studios as a character animator. Receiving his formal animation education from Full Sail University he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in computer animation in 2010. Since graduating, Tyler has worked on numerous projects including; Ferdinand, Ice Age: Collision Course, The Peanuts Movie, Nickelodeon's Wallykazam!, Monsters vs. Aliens, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Every day furthers his education and supplies essential opportunities to grow and refine his animation skills.  He daily uses his passion for animation and background in traditional art to challenge himself in his art and career. 

Kerou, Anthea

For the last 8 years Anthea has worked on many animated features such as "Shrek 4' at Dreamworks, "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" at Sony, "Horton Hears a Who" at Blue Sky, "Planet 51" at Ilion, and "Bolt" and "Meet the Robinsons" at Walt Disney Animation Studios. She has been teaching animation for 3 years. She is currently freelancing is Los Angeles, California.

Labrador, Luis

Luis had a successful career at Sony Pictures Imageworks as a Senior Character Modeler in the visual effects department. After leaving Sony Pictures Imageworks he took a position with DreamWorks Animation as a Senior Modeler in the animation department. Luis currently holds a position as Modeling supervisor at Walt Disney Animation Studios .

Luis has carved his name in the film industry as a 3D visual effects and Animation artist for more than 15 Years. His talent has gained international recognition and the films he has worked on have been credited with several prestigious awards and nominations including One Oscar for Best achievements in Visual Effects , 2 Oscars for Best Animated Features , One Oscar for Best Animated Short Film and seven Academy Award nominations (Best Animated Feature Film, Best Achievements in Visual Effects and Best Visual Effects).  Some of his film accomplishments include: Pirates of the Caribbean, Van HelsingSpiderman 2, X-Men 2, I am Legend, Watchmen, Superman Returns, Monster House, The Matrix Revolutions, Open Season, Surfs Up, Haunted Mansion, Cursed, Peter Pan, How to Train Your Dragon, Megamind, Kung Fu Panda 2, Puss in Boots,Turbo, Wreck-it-Ralph, Frozen, Feast, Planes: Fire & Rescue, Big Hero 6 and Frozen Fever.

He is currently working on the new film Gigantic for Disney feature Animation scheduled to be released in 2018.


Lazare, Jeremy

Jeremy has been working as an animator since 2000 and is currently at Blue Sky Studios. He began his career in the UK, working on a variety of high profile VFX films including many of the Harry Potter series. In 2009 Jeremy moved to the US… since then he has worked on a range of feature animations including Arthur Christmas, Hotel Transylvania, Epic, The Peanuts Movie and most currently Ferdinand.

Leggiero, Carmelo

Carmelo, Italian and former pizza maker, discovered the CG world while serving pizzas in New Zealand to Weta Digital customers! He decided to drop the dough, tomato sauce and mozzarella, take a plane back to Italy and start learning 3D.
His goal has always been working for Weta Digital, the company that started it all for him. After working in commercials, TV series, promos, DVD specials, Animated Feature Films, Videogames and even medical animations around Europe, where he also worked for MPC on Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Trader, Carmelo came back to NZ and joined Weta in September 2010!He is a Senior Creature/Character Animator and has worked on movies such as Rise of The Planet of the Apes, Tin Tin and the Secret of the Unicorn , Prometheus, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, IRON MAN 3, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Furious 7, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 ,  Disney's Jungle Book, Krampus, Independence Day Resurgence, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, War for the Planet of the Apes and more....

Lementy, Yuri

Yuri is currently a Character Animator at Sony Imageworks. Originally from Brazil where he started his career in 2003. He has been working in Canada for the past 7 years and has had the opportunity to work on projects like Storks, Hotel Transylvania 1 and 2, Open Season 2 and Smurfs. 


Malolo, Alexiss D

Alexiss is a Character Animator at Reel FX Animation Studios. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she graduated from Brigham Young University and then went on to study animation. She landed her first dream job in the animation industry as an animator at Blue Sky Studios working on Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs in 2008. Since then she has gone on to work at Lumenas Animation Studios and Reel FX Animation Studios, working on films including The Book of Life, Free Birds, and the upcoming film, Rock Dog. 

Before becoming an animator she was a psychiatric technician in a lock-down unit of a children’s hospital, an Adobe specialist, a pottery instructor, an IT girl, and worked at a toy store. Now she's an animator who is into photography, travel, getting outdoors as much as possible, and a strong believer of going after what you're really passionate about.

Mandell, Wesley

Wes has contributed to over a dozen feature films since 2003 as an animator for Industrial Light & Magic, Blue Sky Studios, Dreamworks/PDI, and most recently Reel FX. Throughout his animation career, he has worked on a vast array of projects and with different stylistic approaches. His experience has awarded him the opportunity to produce animation from the realistic, physical animation required for Iron Man 2, Terminator Salvation, Star Wars Episode 3, etc.. to the more cartoony, playful animation in Horton Hears a Who, Ice Age 2 & 3 to name a few. As the Directing Animator on Free Birds and the Head of Animation on The Book of Life, Wes discovered a greater passion for sharing his knowledge and experience with other animators and students dedicated to improving their craft.

Mattesi, Mike

Michael Mattesi has been a professional production artist and instructor for almost 20 years with clients including Pixar, Walt Disney Feature Animation and Consumer Products, LeapFrog, Marvel Comics, Hasbro Toys, ABC, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, SVA, Art Center, Beijing University and many other schools.

May, Brandon

Brandon is a Lighting TD at Blue Sky Studios.  He has worked on Ice Age 3 Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Rio, Ice Age Continental Drift, Epic, and now Rio 2. He previously worked at Disney Interactive as a world builder for the video game Bolt.

McMahon, Adam

Adam is in his seventh year of modeling for Blue Sky Studios. Most of his time there is focused on bringing character designs into the third dimension by either directly modeling them in Maya or first exploring the forms in Zbrush before creating the production ready asset in Maya. He also models props and sets.  At Blue Sky, he has worked on the following films: Epic, Ice Age: Continental Drift, Rio, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Horton Hears a Who! as well as a couple films currently in production.  Prior to Blue Sky, he worked two years at Glueworks Animation, a small studio in Charlotte, NC that created direct to DVD animated features.  There he was able to help in many areas in addition to modeling, such as design, lighting, materials, compositing, and a bit of rigging.

Mecca, Tony

Tony has been a professional animator for over 10 years now spanning major feature films, games and most recently, AR. 

He has animated on over 10 major feature films including everything from VFX heavy realistic style shows like Snow White and the Huntsman, RIPD, and X-Men Days of Future Past (lead animator at Rhythm and Hues and Digital Domain) to fully animated cartoony blockbusters like Rio 2 and Hotel Transylvania 2 (senior animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks and animator at Blue Sky Studios).  Before feature film, he worked in video games animating everything from super realistic combat simulations to sci-fi fantasy adventures.  He was a primary member of the team that developed the critically acclaimed and award winning Conduit first person animation system.

Tony is currently working at Magic Leap developing what the next generation of animation and storytelling will be for the next evolution of cinematic entertainment. 


Morris, Gwilym

After winning European Junior Animator Award 2001 for his short film Bmovie, Gwilym was given the opportunity to work at Framestore on such films as Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Two years later he headed to New Zealand to work at Weta on Lord of the Rings Return of the King and King Kong, returning three years later to work at Double Negative where he continues to work as a lead animator on such films as In the Heart of the Sea and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.

Moulayess, Louaye

Louaye grew up watching cartoons and playing video games. Later in life, he traveled to San Francisco where he pursued his dream of becoming an animator. Some examples of his credits include: Cars 2, Ice age 4, Epic, Peanuts, Rio2, Ice Age 5 and Ferdinand. Louaye hopes his animation will inspire people the same way it inspired him. Louaye also hates writing his bio in the third person. I hate this. that's right. It's me. I've been writing this whole thing. Hello!

Pham, Yung

Yung began his animation studies in 2010 and by 2013 was working professionally at Illumination MacGuff in Paris.  Having grown up in southern California, he returned to work at Walt Disney Animation Studios and then later at Dreamworks Animation.  He was fortunate enough along the way to have worked on such projects as Despicable Me 2, Feast, Big Hero 6, Trolls and Boss Baby.  When not animating, he can be found in your local coffee shop with sketchbook in hand.

Randall, Luke

 Luke is originally from Australia but now resides in Los Angeles, California where he works as a character animator at Dreamworks Feature Animation. He got his start TV and games before moving into features where he has completed animation on Shrek Forever After, Megamind, Puss in Boots, Turbo, Peabody and Sherman, Home, Kung Fu Panda 3 and Boss Baby. In addition to  character animation Luke is a total story addict, consuming novels, comics, movies, tv and documentaries by the truckload.

Rhinemiller, John Paul

Currently I am a Lead Cinematics Animator at Vicarious Visions, Activision Blizzard, currently working on Crash Bandicoot NSane Trilogy and The Destiny Franchise. Before VV I was a Lead Animator at Rhythm & Hues and had the chance of working with both creature and character animation. Having both film and game experience gives me a great understanding on a wide range of animation styles. I have worked on titles such as Hop, Yogi Bear, Alvin and The Chipmunks, The Skylanders Franchise and Red Dead Redemption.

Roberts, Thom

Thom is a senior animator at Blue Sky Studios and has been animating professionally for over 10 years. He has worked on a wide range of productions including fully animated features, visual effects films, and commercial productions. Before joining the animation department at Blue Sky in 2008, Thom spent several years at Los Angeles based Rhythm & Hues. He received a 2014 Annie Award nomination for "Character Animation in a Feature Production" for his work on Blue Sky's "Epic".

Ruffin, MontaQue

MontaQue currently works at Pixar Animation Studios. His credits include the Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory, and currently, Cars 3. Prior to Pixar he worked at MPC in Montreal, where he did VFX work on Cinderella (2015) and Terminator Geniysis. MontaQue’s journey as an animator began at the School of Visual Art in New York. As an undergraduate, he founded an animation club that continues to this day, and interned at studios such as FrameStore and Walsh Family Media. MontaQue's senior thesis short film, Puggums, was accepted into many international film festivals, including Cannes.

MontaQue is passionate about both animation and the art of film making. Outside of work he is an avid student of drawing and enjoys spending time outdoors.

With 20 years of industry know-how serving as a supervising animator and supervising character technical director, Ben's passion for bringing memorable characters to life is demonstrated in a portfolio of work spanning 18 of the most successful animated movies in history including Turbo, Peabody and Sherman, Kung Fu Panda 1 and 2, Shrek Forever After, Monsters vs Aliens, Madagascar 1 and 2, Shark Tale, Bee Movie, The Animatrix, Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, among others.

Sanghrajka, Mr Nico

Nico is originally form Germany where he studied film and media with an emphasis on computer graphics and animation. He has focused on rigging for the past 16 years. Over the the course of the last 10 years he has moved back and forth between London and the US to work at some of the biggest names in the industry like Framestore, Dreamworks, MPC and ILM. His credits include movies such as Disney's Junglebook, Deadpool, Star Trek: Beyond, Megamind, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda. Besides working as a rigger he has also been sharing his knowledge, teaching rigging and scripting for the past 6 years at animation schools across Europe and AnimSchool.

Schauf, James

After 9 years of serving his country, he left the United States Air Force to pursue his dream of becoming a professional artist. His career in the entertainment industry started as a character modeler on Iron Man 2. Since then, he has continued his career in film, television, commercials, games, theme parks, VR and even fashion. His passion includes the full spectrum of modeling and texturing, from high poly to low, organic to hard surface and even enjoys UVs and retopologizing. 

James has worked for clients and projects such as Disney Animation Studios, Moana,  Big Hero 6, Marvel, Legacy Effects, Iron Man 2, Psyop, Clash of Clans, Skechers, Aaron Sims Company, and Nickelodeon Animation Studios. 

He is currently a visual development artist at Paramount working on an unannounced project that will be released in 2018.


Scheiber, Valerie

Valerie is a senior animator at Magic Leap, based in South Florida.  After getting her start in animation at Rhythm & Hues Studios, she went on to work at such studios as Digital Domain, Blue Sky Studios, and Sony Pictures Imageworks.  At these studios, Valerie was able to gain a wide variety of experience working on both heavy VFX driven shows like X-Men: Days of Future Past, RIPD, and Snow White and the Huntsman to cartoony blockbusters including Hotel Transylvania 2, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, and Rio 2.  


Shepherd, Matthew

Matt Shepherd is a professional animator from Saint John, NB and currently works with Sony Pictures Imageworks as a Senior Animator. After 3 years of study Matt received a diploma in Animation and Graphics Technology from NBCC-Miramichi, class of '2003'.

In 2003 he began his career as a 2d animator working on various tv shows and commercials. 
7 years later, Matt taught himself Maya so he could pursue film. With a bit of luck Matt was hired by Sony Pictures to work on The Smurfs movie in 2010. Relying heavily on his 2d experience he would later animate on other films such as: Hotel Transylvania, Smurfs2, 
Escape From Planet Earth, Hotel Transylvania 2, The Huntsman and MegHis credits as a Lead Animator include: The Prophet directed by Roger Allers, Seth Rogan's R rated feature Sausage Party and most recently, Smurfs: The Lost Village  with Sony Pictures.

Matt's approach to 3d utilizes a 2d workflow, focusing on clean silhouettes, key posing and graphic appeal when crafting a scene. Currently he is working with Sony Pictures Imageworks on The Emoji Movie in Vancouver BC.

Shikuma, Garrett

Garrett is an Animator at Blue Sky Studios who's worked on such films as Peanuts, Rio 1 & 2, Epic and the Ice Age series. Before joining Blue Sky, Garrett has over four years experience at Electronic Arts: Los Angeles animating on the Medal of Honor series and other titles. His love of drawing and caricature brings a strong graphic quality to his work.

Shorey, Kevan

Kevan is an Annie-nominated Animator and has worked at Dreamworks Animation since 2003, having started as an Assistant Animator on Shrek 2. His credits include the "Madagascar" films, "How To Train Your Dragon" and "Trolls". He is currently working on Dreamworks' "Trolls" Holiday Special. An active member of the Animation community, Kevan regularly contributes to discussions of the craft on Twitter @kevanshorey.

Showers, Jarrod

Jarrod has been a videogame animator since 1997 with 12 shipped AAA titles including Star Wars: Jedi Academy, X:Men: Origins: Wolverine, Wolfenstein, Doom 4, and WildStar!  
He is currently at Raven Software, working on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.  He has experience as a gameplay animator and a cinematics animator in both hand-key and motion capture settings.

Snow, Alexander

Alex is an animator at Laika. He's been animating professionally for 6 years, and has been lucky enough to work on a bunch of cool projects including Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Smurfs: The Lost Village, Zootopia, Big Hero 6, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Hotel Transylvania, Arthur Christmas, The Amazing Spiderman 1 and 2, Oz: The Great and Powerful, Smurfs, Red Dead Redemption, Crysis 2, Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 and a few others. 

Somasundaran, Anand

Anand fell in love with animation because it was a medium that combined two of his favourite things drawing and film-making. He has been working as an animator on feature films since 2009 and has worked at studios such and Rhythm and Hues, Industrial Light and Magic and is currently a senior animator at Sony Imageworks. He has worked on films ranging from hyper realistic VFX films such as the Academy award winning Life of Pi to super cartoony films like Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2, Hotel Transylvania 2 and Storks.


Vitolins, Eriks

In 2003, Eriks graduated with a BFA in Fine Art and Computer Animation from the Academy of Art University.  Soon afterwards, he was employed at Rhythm and Hues Studios starting as an Animation intern. Between 2003-2014, he quickly move up the ranks, as a lead and senior animator contributing to award winning films such as Narnia, Happy Feet, The Golden Compass and Life of Pi.  Because of his technical skills, Eriks also assumed roles to design and develop more efficient workflows, rigs, and tools for R&H's Animation Department.

In 2016 was hired by BlueSky Studios as a Technical Director, to evaluate and improve workflows and utilities for their Animation department.

Eriks is also the founder and lead developer of RGB Notes (rgbnotes.com) and continues to develop tools to enhance the workflow for artists worldwide.

His hobbies include playing guitar, writing music, record-collecting, boardgames, woodworking, gardening, hiking, backpacking, camping, rock climbing, coffee-drinking, programming of all sorts (python, php, html, css, mysql, javascript, mel, ...)

Yoder, Walter L

Walter is a character TD at Walt Disney Animation Studios. His career has allowed him to work on character setup, character FX, and character pipeline on multiple films and commercials. Walter brings a ton of technical knowledge to the team and can communicate complex programming concepts in ways that artists can understand. 

Young, Trevor

Trevor is a character animator at Blue Sky Studios. There, he has worked on such films as Rio 2, Epic, and Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. He graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design where he exclusively studied hand drawn animation, but made the transition to cg at Reel FX. Trevor's love of the classic animated films and shorts have infused a graphic quality and strong theatrical posing into his work. He is also kind of obsessed with baseball.
